Contact juggling

I’d actually never heard of this sport until I came across a post on reddit this evening which linked to a video of a guy in a park performing in front of a small crowd. I thought it was pretty cool, the guy had obviously put a lot of time and practice in to the art and deservedly impressed the nearby spectators. And here it is….

Documentary on the Mayans

This is truely a fascinating documentary covering the unique architectural aspects of the Pyramid of Kulkulkan, the Mesoamerican long count calendar which the Maya were obsessed with, as well as the prophecies written by the Mayan Priest called Chilam Balam which are eerily close to actual events. I’d say it’s definitely worth the 45 minutes of your time…
