Well, I didn&#039;t want to put it on my blog until I got to this stage but three months ago (almost to the day) I stopped smoking and I have to say it&#039;s been ridiculously easy to do. I thought after I&#039;d quit for this long that I might at this stage say &quot;yeah, i&#039;ve battled through after going cold-turkey and there&#039;ve been some rough times, i&#039;ve been tempted to smoke a cigarette and my mood has been terrible while i&#039;ve been going through withdrawal waaa waaaa aren&#039;t I great yadda yadda&quot; but actually I can&#039;t say any of that stuff because if I did, it&#039;d be a lie.<br /><br />Stopping smoking really has been bloody easy and yes, i literally became a non-smoker overnight. No cutting down, no cold-turkey, no withdrawal effects, no cravings, no mood swings or <em>anything</em> else people might associate with stopping smoking, except the obvious benefits to my health. So that&#039;s good.<br /><br />About two months ago Klara and I got back together so that&#039;s good. I think the separation we had actually helped us and now we&#039;re stronger than we were before, things are going really well between us and there&#039;s some other news on that front which I / we might announce when we feel like we&#039;re ready.<br /><br /> I got a raise and new job title at work roughly a month ago which is always nice. Unfortunately I&#039;ve been really busy at work recently prepping for Christmas (which I&#039;m sick of already). It&#039;s starting to cool off now since my part of the flow is nearly complete, but now comes all the stuff which has been left on the back-burner which needs tackling.<br /><br />Four weeks ago I upgraded my server and I have to say, the migration of the old server to the new server was as smooth as a baby&#039;s behind. Now I just need to take a long hard look at the streaming configuration and then I&#039;ll be happy.<br /><br />I just want to make mention of the fact that people really need to pay attention to current events and to be aware of a possible STAGED false flag &quot;terrorist&quot; attack in the next few weeks. The US military has been ordered to conduct an unusuallly large amount of &quot;drills&quot; in the upcoming weeks, one of which is Vigilant Guardian (a part of <a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Guardian&quot; rel=&quot;external&quot;>Operation Global Guardian</a> which was co-incidentally carried out on the morning of Sept 11th 2001). &quot;Drills&quot; simulating London Underground trains being bombed were also being carried out at the exact same time as the 7/7 bombings occurred at co-incidentally (<em>again</em>) the <strong>exact</strong> same stations. The clue is in the drills, so watch out for any propaganda about Hezbollah and al-CIAda. Oh and, i think i&#039;ll be withdrawing any money out of my account because there&#039;s likely going to be a market crash co-inciding with it.<br /><br />&#039;till next time, take care of yourself  <br />
